OK, we all need a laugh now. Or at least I do.

Here's a wacky sex discrimination case from 2004, written by Judge Posner and featuring a blonde P named "Tracey Lust" who filed a complaint against her employer, Sealy the mattress company, after she was passed over for a promotion to Key Account Manager for a customer called "Bedding Experts."

Don't miss Posner's observation on page 3 of the slip opinion that "Lust is blonde; Sealy points out irrelevantly that blondes are not a statutorily protected class, which will disappoint hair colorists."
